innovation, and a deep commitment to

Oak Bridge: A Community in Full Bloom
Our Oak Bridge campus has reached a signi昀椀cant milestone with the completion of
Phase two and the commencement of the 昀椀nal phase of development. We are thrilled
to share that all the available homes at Oak Bridge are now sold, a testament to the
vibrant and welcoming environment we have
built together. Additionally, we have signi昀椀cantly
enhanced safety and convenience for our
residents with the new alternate access point
between Oak Bridge and Sawgrass Village.
Strategic Growth and Future Planning
Looking ahead, we are laying the foundation
for continued success. Our Memory Care building, featuring innovative programming
to support those with memory de昀椀cits, will open in early 2026, and our 43-apartment
Assisted Living building will open just a few months later. Construction will also begin
this year on a new parking structure and operations center on the Sawgrass campus,
a key investment supporting our community’s evolving needs. These enhancements
re昀氀ect our commitment to forward-thinking solutions that will sustain Vicar’s Landing
for years. We are also pleased to share that plans are in place to expand our home-care
o昀昀erings, reinforcing our mission to provide comprehensive, high-quality care wherever
and whenever needed to help clients maintain
their independence.
