Vicar’s Landing continued its legacy of excellence in 2024 with the remarkable expansion
of Oak Bridge. The community is now sold out, showcasing its strong appeal. We also took
a signi昀椀cant step forward by breaking ground on our new Assisted Living and Memory
Care buildings.

Culinary Excellence
We welcomed two new chefs de cuisine, each bringing experience and passion to our
culinary program. Their leadership has enhanced the dining experience by elevating
quality, variety, and service.
Campus Enhancements
Residents and visitors are enjoying improvements across our campus, including upgrades
to shared spaces, dining venues, and outdoor areas. These enhancements re昀氀ect our
